Hospice Southeastern Connecticut is a Medicare Certified Hospice offering all of the components required by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Hospice Southeastern CT has been providing care to residents of Southeastern Connecticut since 1985. Care is primarily provided in the home, but when this is not possible, Hospice staff continue to follow the patient in local facilities. |
