The Hospice Southeastern Connecticut volunteer training program explores:
- Issues surrounding death and dying
- Family dynamics, psychosocial issues
- Communications
- Physical aspects of illness
- Spiritual aspects of death & dying
All prospective Hospice Volunteers are expected to attend an initial Orientation meeting.
Volunteer Training Course
Wednesdays, April 9, 16, 23, & 30th - 2008 - 9am - 3pm
All classes are held at the Hospice Southeastern Connecticut Office Board Room, 227 Dunham Street
Norwich, CT. Persons interested in volunteering should complete the Volunteer Interest Survey (see below) and return it to the office as soon as possible. For additional information or to register for the Orientation, call 860-848-5322.
