Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the agency in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the agency by working with the Executive Director, Management team and the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to maximize the return on financial assets.

The Director of Finance is responsible for establishing financial policies, procedures, and controls. He/She is responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Director of Finance oversees and directs general and cost accounting, accounts receivable/collection, payroll and financial risk management. The Director of Finance is a senior team member and will supervise the Finance Department staff. Individual with progressive financial responsibility in a non-profit health care setting would be preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. B.S. in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent experience.
2. Three (3) years of experience in financial management of a non-profit. Experience in a health care setting preferred.
3. Experience in working with computerized accounting and statistical record keeping systems.
4. Payroll and benefit administrative experience.
5. Supervision experience

RN Per Diem

RN on Call

RN on call 4 pm - 8 am. Hourly salary plus per visit pay.

Weekday/Weekend shifts available- must be available weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm during the training period - schedule will be developed to meet your needs.

RN Per Diem

For home care Hospice agency. Working Monday through Friday, weekends, holidays: 8 am to 4 pm making home visits. Hourly salary plus mileage. Home care experience and bi-lingual preferred.
